Scallops are a type of shellfish, eaten almost worldwide. They are characterized have two types of meat in one shell: one white and meaty, and one red or white and soft. In the United States scallops are usually sautéed in butter, or breaded and deep fried. Often wine is served with scallops.

Name your car day is the day to personalize your car, give it a name that reflects its character. I once had a Toyota I called LaToya. Then I got another and named it Janet.
